It combines a powerful 48-amp Level 2 charge with smart access control, so every driver gets a simple tap-or-scan experience and every building owner gets clean, automatic billing.

Made for shared buildings. Each Multi-9 identifies its user by RFID card or a quick QR scan, then bills the electricity used straight back to the right tenant. No fumbling, no shared meters, no disputes.

Connected end-to-end. SyncEV handles system design, installation, software and maintenance as one integrated service — you never juggle multiple providers. The unit stays online over Wi-Fi (LTE optional), pushes firmware updates automatically, and reports usage in real time through the SyncEV app.

Built for Canadian conditions. The sealed NEMA 4 enclosure is rated for outdoor mounting and reliable operation from −30 °C to 50 °C, so it performs through Quebec and Ontario winters.

Earn while you install. Through the Connected Condo program, qualifying electricians and contractors get the charging stations completely free, plus $10 per month for every Multi-9 that’s installed and active — a recurring revenue stream on top of the install.
